Ryans Royal Forest Puddings

Recently The Bluebell Chef Ryan Harris starred in the local paper “The Forester” because of his reputable Royal Forest Puddings made from his own unique recipe. The puddings are well known and enjoyed by many people that visit The Bluebell Restaurant, Jenny Edwards daughter Heidi, who now lives in Sweden with her own family, loved them so much that she requested we send some over to Sweden for her and her family to indulge in over the Christmas period. Unlike the traditional Christmas Pudding, the Royal Forest Pudding is lighter but still crammed with fruit and flavour.
