STARTERS
Fresh Pineapple Ring
With seasonal and exotic fruits and a fruit coulis

Roasted Red Pepper and Cherry Tomato Soup
Garnished with a swirl of cream and crispy croutons

Hot Teriyaki Salmon
Presented on roasted cherry tomatoes with a minted yoghurt dressing

Halloumi and Chorizo Salad
Grilled halloumi and chorizo with mixed leaves, our own garden herb vinaigrette, topped with a poached egg

MAIN COURSES
Paprika Chicken
Chicken peices dusted with paprika sauteed with sliced mushrooms, flamed with brandy, finished with cream and a hint of French mustard, served with a timbale of jewelled rice 

Fillet of Cod
Wrapped in pancetta, with a carrot and corriander rosti and a lemon and fresh herb butter sauce

Chestnut, Aubergine and Parmesan Millefeuille (V)
Layers of plum tomato, parmesan cheese and chopped chestnuts, mixed with diced onions and fresh herbs and baked with a mornay sauce

Roast Saddle of Welsh Lamb
With rosemary, apricot and cranberry stuffing, honey glazed shallots and sweet potato chips

 Pork Tenderloin
Wrapped in prosciutto, filled with onion, sage and apple stuffing and served with a creamy brandy sauce
